Position: Hotel Operations Manager Location: Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Delta Hotels by Marriott – Dar es Salaam is seeking a Hotel Operations Manager with a strong leadership presence and the ability to engage effortlessly with guests, staff, and the wider community. This role requires someone with charisma, confidence, and a natural ability to create memorable guest experiences, while ensuring seamless coordination across departments and exceptional service standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
- A dynamic presence with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with guests, staff, and the wider community.
- Proficiency in hotel management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding guest service and promptly address concerns.
- Lead and support staff while fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including housekeeping, front office, and F&B..
