Position: Business Development Manager Retail Finance
Are you a high-achieving, hands-on leader with a passion for driving business growth? Genius Consultancy is seeking a results-driven professional to lead retail finance operations for branded 2/3 wheelers across Tanzania Mainland and Zanzibar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Expansion & Growth – Increase sales through retail finance institutions, build strong relationships, and onboard new financiers to expand market reach.
- Retail Finance Management – Maintain and update the database of financiers, structure loan product offerings, and drive impactful sales promotions.
- Revenue & Financial Oversight – Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, provide cash flow projections, and monitor product deliveries & warranty registrations.
- Leadership & Reporting – Train and develop the retail finance team, ensure accurate performance tracking, and submit data-driven reports to management.
- Vehicle Exchange Program – Drive this portfolio into a high-revenue stream with strategic execution.
What We’re Looking For:
- A go-getter with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- A strategic thinker & problem solver who identifies new business opportunities.
- A hands-on leader with team management & execution skills.
- Experience in retail finance, sales, or business development is preferred.
Duty Station: Dar es Salaam
Remuneration: TZS 2,500,000 – 5,000,000 per month

- Deliver compelling sales pitches and ensure timely payments.
- Collaborate with the team to align sales initiatives with company goals.
- Attend industry events to expand networking and brand visibility.
