✅Position: Corporate Affairs and Marketing Officer
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Postgraduate or professional certification (e.g., CIM, Digital Marketing, PR/Media Relations) is an added advantage.
- 3-5 years of experience in a communications or marketing role within the banking or financial services sector.
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, social media analytics, and Google Workspace.

QUALIFICATION
- Must hold a professional accounting qualification: CPA (T) or ACCA, A bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline is required. A master’s degree in finance and strategic management is an added advantage.
- Formal certification in data visualization and graphic presentation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Adobe Illustrator is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in data analysis, financial reporting, or investor relations, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
- Strong background in financial forecasting, capital planning, and performance monitoring.
- Familiarity with Tanzanian media and regulatory environment (e.g., BOT, TCRA, TRA, etc.).
