Key Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor staff on sales strategies, new phone models, SOPs, and professional conduct.
- Serve as the focal point for all training activities in the region.
- Apply the Andragogy approach to ensure effective adult learning
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in training using the Andragogy method Strong presentation, coaching, and communication skills
